Amordad holdings SA. Is a Spanish company registered in Madrid. The main two market segments we are specialized in are the solar energy and Water Heating products. In the beginning phase these two product lines are being handled completely separate, but within our predefined time window the two will be combined in a one solution system which will be a complete standalone product with its own services.

This part of Amordad is specializing in the Solar Energy solutions for the construction of office buildings.

One of our sister companies has a track record of more them 5 years in the distribution of high quality mono crystalline and poly crystalline Photovoltaic solar panels. Due to a shift in the market and the government subsidies we have noticed a vast demand from our customers for more amorf crystalline (mainly full transparent and semi transparent facade glazing) solar systems.

We already have several contacts established with European and North American suppliers. But to complete our products and services we need to include panels with various efficiency and price classes without loosing sight of the high demand in the quality of our existing products portfolio.

We will be implementing the same policy as already used by our sister companies for the supply chain and agreements. This starting with a full documentation of the technical, mechanical and quality specifications, which will need a lot of patience followed by the inevitable negotiations
